PLEASE NOTE: We will be closed for vacation on June 20, 2013 - June 28, 2013. All orders received within that time will be processed and shipped on Monday July 1, 2013.
In stock gifts will ship within 48 hours from when the order is received (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will ship the next business day. We currently have a flat rate shipping special of $9.95 UPS Ground Shipping per order. This applies to all orders with one shipping address that are under 10 pounds.
We ship UPS on all website orders from Chico, California. We offer standard UPS shipping, which delivers to most locations in the United States within 3 to 7 business days. UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping is a shipping option which guarantees delivery by the end of the second business day if ordered by 10:00AM Pacific Time. UPS 3 Day Select is available if you are sending your gift to a destination outside of California. Next Day Air is also available and will reach it's destination by the end of the next business day if ordered by 10:00AM Pacific Time.
Choose the shipping option you prefer on the order page. The UPS shipping calculator on the order page will calculate your shipping charges for you. You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail once your order has been shipped. This will contain all your order information and UPS tracking number.

Points to remember when choosing your shipping method:
- We ship from Chico, California. Orders being shipped to a California address will take 2-3 days (UPS Ground). Orders being shipped outside of California will take 3- 7 days.
- UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. (For example, if you place an order on Thursday, shipping 2nd Day Air, it will arrive on Monday).
- The day of shipping should not be included when estimating transit/delivery time.
- Shipping is based on the weight of the package and where it is being delivered.

On the order form, there are two sections for addresses – the bill to (this is the address your credit card bill is sent to) and the ship to address. The shipping address is the address your sympathy gift will be delivered to. If you do not provide us with a separate shipping address, the package will be delivered to your bill to address.
Once the gift is sent, a shipping confirmation will be e-mailed to you. This contains your UPS tracking number, shipping address and purchase information. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If the gift is returned, you will be charged a $10.00 return fee via your charge card.
UPS service does not allow us to ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure you have entered a complete physical address. If you realize your sympathy gift was shipped to the wrong address after receiving your shipping confirmation, e-mail
customerservice@acknowledgements.net and we will do our best to assist you. If your gift has already been shipped we will provide you with the UPS phone number. After delivery of your gift has been attempted you can contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 and they will do their best to reroute the package to the correct address.
Currently we only ship in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
