As stated on the Acknowledgements website, we are currently on vacation from June 5 – June 14, 2009.  All orders received between those dates will be processed and shipped on June 15 (*exception – Stepping Stones). You will receive a shipping confirmation by the end of the day.

If you have questions about an order that has already been shipped, please refer to your shipping confirmation containing your UPS tracking number.  The UPS web page for tracking shipments can be found here.  UPS can be contacted at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877).

Any other questions or concerns can be emailed to customerservice@acknowledgements.net which will be answered by the end of the day on June 15, 2009.
