Out of Stock Gifts and Back Orders

We do our very best to keep all of our gift items fully stocked but sometimes a sympathy gift will be out of stock.  You may choose to submit your online order when a gift is out of stock and we will send it out once the item is back in stock.  You can also contact us about a substitution.  Please e-mail us at customerservice@acknowledgements.net and we will help you decide which option works best for you.


Substitutions

In the event that we are out of a particular item, we will only replace it with an item of equal or greater value without compromising the design, theme and quality of the gift package.


Shipping Damages and Returns

We understand the paramount need for quality in every sympathy gift order.  Our gifts are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before shipment.  If your gift arrives damaged, please contact Acknowledgements immediately at (530) 321-9588 so we can assist you.  Please keep all cartons and packaging in the event we need to initiate a claim with UPS.  Please contact us if you find a perishable item has arrived damaged.  Please do not return it.  All sympathy gifts are guaranteed and we will replace damaged items.  If for any reason you are unhappy with an Acknowledgements gift, we want to hear from you.  Please call us at (530) 321-9588 or e-mail customerservice@acknowledgements.net to discuss your concern.
